Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and local check as payment.

Patients are seen Mon & Wed 2 PM - 8 PM, Thu 4 PM - 8 PM*, & Fri 2PM - 7PM.
